Are There Any Disadvantages of Land Patents?

Wondering if there any disadvantages to land patents?

The good news is that…

There are only 2 downsides to land patents…
  • A land patent could make it difficult to obtain financing/loan on the land.
  • Removal of the land from the tax rolls cancels any obligation to emergency services paid for by taxes. *However there is a simple fix for this…

Once a property has been patented, the land patent owner must enter into a private contract with each branch of emergency services to be served (i.e. your local fire department, Emergency Response Team, etc.) Or in some cases, you may be able to fire private fire-fighting companies depending on your location.  If you’ve stuck with us for the past few weeks, you know that the benefits to patenting your land FAR OUTWEIGH any reasons not to.

Financing can always be sought under a business. The idea of a reduced mortgage and the relinquishment of property taxes makes the most sense when trying to budget and really provide protection for your family.

After all, how can one say no to protecting their home from foreclosure, seizure & eviction FOREVER?!

Or being able to remove your land from the property tax roll and not have to pay property taxes EVER AGAIN…

Imagine where else that money could be put to better use.

In today’s economy especially, it seems ever more important to manage our finances. The land patent is the only conclusive evidence of title to the ownership of land. Even Congress has declared the land patent to be the superior and conclusive evidence of lawful title.

So why has the government kept this a secret from us?

It’s sadly obvious – MONEY.

Unless the landowner presents a land patent in his name the state and county continue to collect property taxThis is because (a LONG TIME AGO) the government claimed ownership of the land you think you own.

The remedy is to patent your property.

Once this is achieved, you may enjoy true freedom and absolute ownership of your home. Including freedom from property tax (so long as your property is outside city limits.)

Even if your property is within city limits, you can still patent your land forever allowing you full freedom to your property without availing yourself to the risk of foreclosure.

The real question is – what is keeping you from acting on this?
