Have you been wondering if the Bulletproof Trust can be pierced in court?
First and foremost – a Express Trust (like the Bulletproof Trust) is NOT subject to legislative control. The U.S. Supreme Court made that clear in Eliot v. Freeman, 220 U.S. 178 (1911):
As long as you ensure your trust passes the ‘Control Test’, hold regular trust minutes (record-keeping).
There’s no lawful method by which to pierce a private express trust without consent of the trustee, or some unlawful activity on the part of the trust.
PLUS – A Trust Web Structure Provides Extra ‘Insulation’
When you properly setup a Trust Web Structure (like we show in the program) it becomes expensive (if not down-right impossible) to try and pierce each trust. Which typically results in the potential plaintiff giving up.
At the end of the day though…
The Bulletproof Trust Secrets program is comprehensive. Inside, Zachary will walk you through the trustee training and the exact steps to take to customize the trust documents to establish your own private express trust.
We know this can all feel like a lot to take in at once (and it is!) – the good news is we offer a FREE consultation for all new students to get you started and answer any questions you may have.
