The ownership of property has been so important – it’s actually the #1 cause behind all revolutions and civil wars.

For centuries serfs and commoners (400 A.D. to 1200 A.D.) fought for the right to own land freely. 

The first right a person was able to hold in this country was the free non-subjugation of his land for private and public use under a Land Patent. 

Natural law dictates a right to private property. 

No mortgage, tax liability or other debt can take away your land. This means that patenting your property protects you from seizure & eviction.

Sadly, most homeowners are under the false premise that they truly “own” their property via their Warranty Deed recorded in the Public Records as they diligently pay their mortgage each month. This is simply false. A deed merely provides what is known as a “color of title.”

Many homeowners, like Jacob, have gone through foreclosure proceedings and learned this the hard way. This ‘deed’ does not offer the protections most thought it did, only a Land Patent does!
