Still looking to remove your debt?
Today we continue the informational deep dive into the corporate person and how you can operate it.
Specifically we’ll be focusing on our FREE court filing method and the benefits of the indigent person when it comes to removing debt.
But first – what is an indigent person?
- Noun. A person so poor and needy that he/she cannot provide the necessities of life (food, clothing, decent shelter) for himself/herself.
- Noun. One without sufficient income to afford a lawyer for defense in a criminal case.
Benefits of Indigency Status to Remove Your Debt
Even if you’re not destitute, you can still take advantage of indigency status when filing a court case.
So what are the benefits of claiming indigency status to remove your debt?
- You can sue for FREE! (that’s what we use it for)
- If someone says you owe a debt – you have no assets or income so they can’t collect. There’s nothing to give.
- You can still access credit like normal.
To claim indigency status sometimes you have to ‘prove it’ – each state is a little bit different.
Some courts won’t ask for proof at all. When filling out the forms you want to fill in income and all that as $0. Food stamps or an EBT card can also work as proof of indigency.
