Wondering what benefits an Irrevocable Common Law Trust can offer you?
You’re going to love what we have to show you! And if you didn’t get a chance to watch the entire Bulletproof Trust workshop, you can do that here.
What is Needed for a Trust?
One of the fundamental things to know regarding a trust are the parties involved. Below are the mandatory parties needed to establish a private irrevocable common law trust like the Bulletproof Trust.
Grantor – Creates the Trust
Trustee – Oversees & protects the Trust
Beneficiary – Receives the assets within the Trust
The Bulletproof Trust maintains privacy through the Article 1 Section 10 Clause 1 of the United States Constitution
“No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.”
The Bulletproof Trust is type of irrevocable common law trust. It is a legally binding contract – thus the courts have no say in the operations of said trust as long as one does not mix the trust affairs with those of a public nature.
